Seo is primarily concerned with getting your website onto the first page of Google, position one ideally, although this is not always a fast process. But why do you need to get so high up on page one?
Basically it’s because surfers have gotten so used to typing in keywords and getting instant results in search engines. They therefore become accustomed to speed. Basically if your website is not in a high visibilty area, you will not get much traffic via the internet. So in short seo is primarily concerned with getting your website in the highest possible position for your target keywords so more surfers see your website in the search engines and visit your site.
